ORDERING & ACCOUNT
For purchases of our Fancy Box and other non-event products, you may order and pay via this online store. Should you wish to place your order via email, you can do so via email at email@example.com
As we do not enable guest checkout at the moment, you will be advised to open an account for online orders. It will also be more convenient to track your past orders within the same account.
Cancelling and editing an order is often not possible as we try to get your order out as quickly as possible. It’s best to be careful to check your order before submitting the payment. If you do need to make a change please contact us urgently via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
At the Cart page, click on Apply Coupon, type in your coupon code, and click Apply Coupon.
Please note that we are unable to retroactively apply discount codes.
We accept payments via Bank Transfer and Account or Card Transactions via Paypal.
We accept card payments via PayPal. Please kindly note that there is a 5% admin fee (payable to PayPal) for all payments made via PayPal. For more information about your security when shopping online with us, please view the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy at PayPal, our payment gateway provider.
All bank transfer should be made to our DBS Current Account 019-905694-0. Payment should be made directly into our bank account. Upon payment, please kindly notify us via email, using your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be processed until the funds have cleared in our account.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Fancy Up Events aims to process and dispatch all orders within the shortest time so you may enjoy your party kits sooner! Following are the processing duration for Fancy Box (excluding shipping duration stated on the right):
Fancy Box: 4-6 working days due to personalization of party box.
Event Add-Ons and Favours: 5-7 working days due to customisation and packing.
We will contact you if items cannot be processed for any reason. Processing time may be delayed on weekends. You will receive an email once your order is processed and then again once it has been shipped – with tracking details.
A flat rate shipping of $4.00 applies for all local orders. Free shipping applies for orders of SGD$100 and above.
We deliver all of our orders in Singapore using a delivery service. Please allow 3-5 days for standard courier delivery.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping for our Fancy Box or Customised Favours and Add-ons. Please kindly stay tuned should this option be available.
We do not provide self-collection for our products. Should you need your order urgently for an occasion, do drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order due to our oversight, we offer exchange with all postage fees waived by us. If you have received a faulty item or an incorrect order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receipt of your order.
All returns are to be returned brand new and unused condition in a secured package. We wish to highlight that should the customer fail to fulfill any of the listed conditions, the exchange or refund request will be denied.
